Below are our general policies, but please be aware that new services—such as the K-Beauty Shopping Experience or Korean Scalp Treatment—may have additional or more specific policies.
We strongly encourage you to carefully read the service descriptions and policies provided during booking to fully understand the details before completing your checkout.
GENERAL POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
• We kindly ask for at least 24 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% fee of the reserved service amount.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Same-Day Appointments
• For appointments booked within a 24-hour period, cancellation must be made within 6 hours of the scheduled time.
• Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
Rescheduling Policy
• Please reschedule your appointment at least 48 business hours in advance to avoid a fee.
• Rescheduling requests made after this window will incur a 25% rescheduling fee of the reserved service amount.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 business hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
Late Arrivals
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may compromise the quality of your service.
• If you are over 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the full service amount will be charged. This will be treated as a no-show to respect other clients’ scheduled appointments.
Booking Deposits
• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment.
• Certain services may require a deposit, which will be applied toward the total service cost.
Age Restrictions
• Clients must be at least 18 years old to book services independently.
• Clients aged 16 or younger may receive services only if a parent or guardian is present.
Product & Pricing Policies
• All prices are subject to change.
• All product purchases are final; we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Lash Extension Policy
• We only work on lash extensions applied at Kissmylash.509 Studio.
• For extensions from another salon, we do not provide fill-ins. However, we do offer removal services, which can be combined with a full set application.
Appointment Confirmations
• As a courtesy, you will receive text/email reminders before your appointment.
• While we strive to keep you informed, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment and avoid missed appointments or cancellation fees.
