Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:Please give us at least 24 business hrs’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If we receive less than 24 hrs’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.Cancellations with more than 24 hrs’ notice will incur a 25% fee of the reserved service amount. No-Shows:If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Same-Day Appointments:If you book an appointment within a 24-hr period, and you need to cancel, please do so within 6 hrs of the scheduled time. Failure to cancel within this window will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. Rescheduling : please do so at least 48 business hrs in advance to avoid a fee. Rescheduling requests made after this window will result in a 25% rescheduling fee of the reserved service amount. If the reschedule request is made within less than 24 business hrs, a 50% charge of the service amount will apply. Late Arrivals:Arriving more than 10 minutes late means we cannot guarantee the full quality of your service. In most cases, if you're over 10 minutes late, you may be rescheduled and charged the full service amount. This will be treated as a no-show to accommodate other clients whose appointments follow yours. Booking Deposits: A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. A deposit may be required for certain services, and this will go toward the total service cost. Age Restrictions:Clients must be at least 18 years old to book services independently. Clients aged 16 and younger may receive services with a parent or guardian present. Product & Pricing Policies:Please note that all prices are subject to change. All product purchases are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges. Lash Extension Policy:We only work on lash extensions applied at Kissmylash.509 Studio. If you have extensions from another salon, we do not offer fill-ins. However, we do offer a removal service, which can be combined with a full set application. Appointment Confirmations: As a courtesy, you will receive text/email reminders before your appointment. While we do our best to keep you informed, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment to avoid missed appointments or cancellation fees.
